Anti-Poaching

Candidate poaching is a real thing and it hits you hard when you spend several months on getting a potential candidate to join your company but someone else offers them more and then boom... you are left with nothing. And, that's for someone who might join your company but what about the older employees, how do you retain them and prevent them from being poached by recruiters or consultants?

While we can't change your internal employment policies, but, as a sourcing platform we can mitigate any sort of poaching attempts on our platform, and that goes for all employees across teams on Suitable.

When you are part of a group, normally, the data of your team will be visible to every recruiter in that group which can lead of poaching amongst other things, however, since they are part of a team on Suitable, they get exempted from being shown anywhere across their groups. This is done automatically without any manual approval by admins or employees.

This does not applies to those teams who are not part of any groups.
