With Suitable, you organization rewards you based on their internal reward structure for the activities you do, for example sharing job on social media, inviting potential applicants and referring your connections.

Let's dive deep in social media sharing as an employee.

Visit your job dashboard and look for the share icon in the bottom-right of each job card. Click on it to open the sharing popup.

When you share a job on social media, we add your unique signature to the public job page, linking you to the applications as the source and referrer.

We are tracking rewards from sharing on LinkedIn and Twitter, for which you will need to connect your accounts with Suitable by authorizing to post content on your behalf. Please note Suitable will not post anything on your social media accounts without you clicking the share buttons.

Among other available options include Facebook, WhatsApp and Email. If anyone applies from these links, the candidate source will show up same as the sharing source, i.e., you.
